apps/docs/content-inventory.yaml maps each public page to its canonical contract, schema, implementation, or retained gateway document.

Public documentation never uses workpads, browser evidence, or commercial collateral as source material. partner-only rows are counted, not published. internal rows are counted, not published.

Source rules

• Product scope: V1 PRD and acceptance map.
• Runtime and reliability: architecture.
• Security: security model, schemas, and no-secret checks.
• Behavior: contracts, code, and executable evaluation fixtures.
• Operator guidance: retained runbooks only.

Run the docs check before publishing. It rejects missing source paths, public links to non-public sources, stale generated references, broken internal links, and unsafe content.
